Who we are

Konfigure s.r.o. ("Konfigure", "we", "us") is a company based in Prague, Czech Republic. We build a white-label 3D product configurator platform and operate this marketing website.

What we collect

We keep data collection to what we actually need:

  • Contact details you give us: name, company, email and anything you write when you book a demo or request a quote.
  • Basic usage analytics: pages visited and rough location at country level, collected in aggregate to understand what is useful. We measure this with Microsoft Clarity, and only if you consent to it.
  • Technical data your browser sends (IP address, device and browser type) used to serve the site securely and reliably.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo or quote.
  • To improve the website and understand which content helps.
  • To keep the site secure and detect abuse.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business (hosting, email, and analytics via Microsoft Clarity) and only as far as they need it. All of them are bound to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. We do not keep personal data longer than we need to.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose.
  • Receive a copy in a portable format.
